Shipping
& Returns.
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours. We make things right when something arrives damaged or wrong. Plain English; no surprises.
Processing time
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created.
Preorder orders ship within 48 hours of our cans arriving at HQ from the production run. We'll email you the expected ship window when you order, and again the day your label is created.
Carriers and transit
Orders ship from the Houston, Texas area via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination. Typical transit time once shipped:
- Texas + neighboring states: 1–3 business days.
- Continental US: 2–5 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 5–10 business days.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Holiday seasons, weather, and shipping volume spikes can stretch them.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We don't mark up the carrier rates.
We're working toward free shipping on our 6-pack and 12-pack subscription tiers — keep an eye on the Apex Club newsletter for the rollout.
International shipping
We don't currently ship outside the United States. If you're outside the US and want to talk about getting Lap24 to you, email info@lap24coffee.com and we'll figure something out.
Damaged or wrong orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or just plain wrong, email info@lap24coffee.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of what you got (and the damage, if applicable).
- A one-sentence description of what's off.
We'll replace the affected items at no cost or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. No "return the damaged product first" requirement on our end. We trust you.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it:
- Check with your household, neighbors, and front office (if applicable). Packages sometimes get delivered to a unit nearby.
- Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark "delivered" early.
- If it still hasn't shown up, email us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at our expense once the investigation kicks off.
If tracking shows the package hasn't moved for 7+ business days, same drill — email us and we'll sort it.
Returns on unopened coffee
Coffee is a perishable product, and once a bag or a can leaves our hands we can't resell it. So:
- Unopened, unused merchandise (apparel, hats, accessories) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. Email us first for return instructions.
- Unopened coffee and cold brew can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the order was placed in error (wrong flavor, wrong pack size, etc.). Email us — we'll work it out.
- Opened coffee and cold brew can't be returned for resale, but if it's not what you expected, we still want to hear about it. Coffee preferences are personal, and we'd rather know than have you sit on a bag you don't love.
Refunds
Once we receive a returned item (or approve a damage/wrong-order claim), refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another few days to show it.
Subscription changes
Pause, swap pack size, change flavor, or cancel any time before your next charge from your Shopify customer account. Subscription orders that have already shipped follow the same shipping and damage policies as regular orders.
Address changes
If you typed the wrong address at checkout, email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll try to catch it before the label prints. After that, we'll do our best, but once a package is in the carrier's hands we can't change the destination.
