• Sizes Are Limited to Large and XL Only. No additional sizes will be produced in this drop.

• Perks Are Reserved Exclusively for the original buyer of the hoodie. They are non-transferable and tied to your customer account or purchase ID. Reselling the hoodie does not transfer the perks. “Any attempt to resell, assign, or gift the hoodie or perks will void all associated benefits.”

• 24% Lifetime Discount applies to all current and future Lap24 products except for:

  • Future Apex Club or any Subscription Based memberships

  • Limited Edition collections

  • Collaborations that opt out of the discount

  • Discount does not stack with other promos

  • We reserve the right to offer similar perks in future limited drops (but this Founders set is the only hoodie drop with these perks)

• VIP Access is granted to Lap24-hosted events only. It does not guarantee VIP access to third-party shows where Lap24 has a booth unless explicitly stated. “Event access is subject to availability and scheduling, and Lap24 does not guarantee a minimum number of events per year.”

• Refunds “All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be provided, except as required by law.
